Beer batter
flour
egg
Italian bread crumbs
oil
Directions: use beer batter,flour dip in egg. Then coat with Italian bread crumbs and deep fry it.

You are all set!
Other Notes: It was hard for me after several attempts. I found that 375 degree to 400 dergree is important role for making this food to be crispy. More than that degree, it will make crispy on bread but your fillet will be still soft inside. Meanwhile if you cook lighter than that, you will take more longer to cook it.
